We're not your ordinary management company.
Who We Are
Intentionally small, genuinely selective, and fully invested in every property we take on.
We specialize in Nashville's smaller, more thoughtful spaces — guest houses, DADUs, above-garage and carriage-house apartments, and standout one- and two-bedroom homes — and we work exclusively in the metro Nashville area. Keeping our footprint tight, by property type and by geography, is precisely what lets us know our neighborhoods, our regulations, and every home in our care the way we do.
We go above and beyond for our owners and guests, and it shows in the work. Our focus on excellence, communication, and relationships runs through everything we do — because we're here to minimize your burden, mitigate your risk, and increase your revenue.
Our team thrives on the details. We're problem solvers, over-communicators, and organizational virtuosos with an almost-annoying eye for detail. (In this line of work, the small stuff is the whole thing. So we actually do sweat it.)
As a boutique firm, we say yes only to the homes that are the right fit. That's what lets every owner and every guest get the level of care we're known for. Our goal isn't to be the biggest. It's to be the best.
What Sets Us Apart
Why owners choose us — and stay.
Your listing stays yours
We build your Airbnb listing under an account in your name — so your reviews, booking history, and reputation always belong to you. If you ever move on, you keep every bit of it. Most managers can't say that.
People first, powered by systems
Robust technology makes our hospitality more consistent and responsive. It strengthens the human touch behind every stay — it never replaces it.
Radically transparent
A real owner portal, itemized monthly statements, and dependable payouts. You can see your bookings and revenue, block dates for your own use, and always know exactly how your property is doing.
The vast majority of our homeowners have been with us for six years or more.

For Hosts at Home
Renting a space on your own property? We get the dynamic.
Many of the owners we work with have a guest house, above-garage apartment, or DADU just steps from where they live. That changes everything — privacy, careful screening, respectful guests, and clear boundaries aren't extras, they're the point.
We host your space the way you would, so having guests nearby feels effortless, never intrusive. You stay in control of your calendar and your comfort; we handle the rest.
Regulation & Advocacy
We know Nashville's rules — because we helped shape them.
Short-term rental (STR) regulation is complex, and it never stops changing. We manage permitting from start to finish and keep your property compliant across city, county, and state — so you never have to untangle it yourself.
We've also testified before the Tennessee State Senate and Metro Council, and served on Metro Nashville's Short-Term Rental Task Force — helping shape responsible hosting policy for our city. When the rules shift, you have a team that's already paying attention.
Permitting, handled
End to end, from application through issuance.
Compliant everywhere
City, county, and state — kept current as laws evolve.
A seat at the table
Shaping STR policy for our city, not just following it.
GIVING BACK
Hospitality with a higher purpose.
After two decades in nonprofit leadership, building a company that reflects our values wasn't optional. A portion of every stay supports The Exodus Road, which fights human trafficking around the world, and Thistle Farms, which helps women survivors heal and rebuild right here in Nashville. Every booking helps fund freedom, dignity, and hope — locally and globally.

Meet the Founder
Behind Rest Easy Nashville.
Before launching Rest Easy Nashville in 2017, I spent thirteen years founding and leading a nonprofit in South Africa — where, alongside our work in leadership development and HIV/AIDS prevention education, we hosted thousands of travelers from around the world. That's where I discovered something important: I love creating experiences that make people feel genuinely cared for and connected to the place they're visiting.
After moving to Nashville, I started short-term renting the guest rooms in my own home in 2015 — and quickly found that same satisfaction in hosting here.
Rest Easy Nashville grew out of that experience. I launched it for homeowners who wanted the benefits of hosting without the burden of managing it themselves. Nearly a decade later, the approach hasn't changed: intentionally small, obsessively detail-oriented, and built around a standard of hospitality I'd want as a guest myself.
