We’re no ordinary management firm.

We go above and beyond to provide our clients and guests the highest level of service. Our focus on excellence, communication, and relationships is reflected in our work. We remain committed to minimizing our clients’ burden of involvement, mitigating their risk, and increasing their revenue.

Our detail-oriented team thrives on delivering wow-moments and curating high-quality experiences for our guests. We are problem solvers, over-communicators, and organizational virtuosos, and we have an almost-annoying eye for detail. (As you can imagine, details matter in this line of work. So we actually do sweat the small stuff.)

As a boutique firm, we purposefully limit the number of properties we manage so that we can continue offering the level of service and excellence we’re known for. Our goal isn’t to be the biggest. It’s to be the best.

A Note from Our Founder

Looking back, I realize I've always worked in hospitality — just in the most non-traditional way possible.

Before moving to Nashville in 2011, I started and ran a nonprofit in South Africa for 13 years. In addition to our work in leadership development and AIDS prevention education, we also hosted thousands of short-term travelers over the years, providing unique opportunities to experience the culture of our wildly diverse and beautiful Southern African region. One of my personal (and favorite) priorities within the organization was ensuring that our guests had the best experience possible during their time with us.

After purchasing my East Nashville home in 2013, I ventured into the world of Airbnb hosting. As someone who loves to travel and experience other cultures, I discovered that hosting guests from across America and around the world appeases my inner wanderlust — and fuels it at the same time.

I launched Rest Easy Nashville in January, 2017 to help others who want to enjoy the benefits of being a host, but feel overwhelmed by all the details or the time it requires. I continue to be an advocate for fair and responsible homesharing. I’ve testified on numerous occasions before the State Senate and City Council. I believe that homesharing done well is good for all of us and remain committed to being a voice of advocacy and support to that aim.

I've always been passionate about quality experiences, excellent service, and genuine hospitality. Now I get to channel those passions toward showcasing our vibrant city, offering travelers a more local experience, and helping homeowners earn effortless income with their short-term rental properties.
